We have provided appraisals and consultation on residential properties in the greater Houston metropolitan area, farms/ ranches, and commercial, industrial facilities not only in the state of Texas but nationwide.
More recently, we have also begun to complete appraisal assignments on properties in Mexico, including Cancun/Playa del Carmen/Isla Mujeres, San Miguel de Allende, Cabo San Lucas/Cabo San Jose, Loreto, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, and Ixtapan de Sal. We are, also, providing consulting and buyers' agent assistance in Mexico.
All assignments are to be completed in compliance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, the Professional Ethics and Practice Standards of the Appraisal Institute, the American Society of Appraisers, and applicable federal and state requirements.
